Once upon a story...
The Rainbow Path Novel - Now Available!

Young Iris longs for like-minded friends who value magic and the arts, especially since her twin brother joined the school bullies. She finds a key in a library book that lets her walk between worlds—out of her home in rural Florida in 1987 and into mythic lands of imagination. But will a sentient Shadow keep her from finding her purpose? Does she have what it takes to open the way for other seekers like her? Follow her epic quest through seven lands to complete her PRISM before it’s too late. Re-imagined myths & diverse identities come together with magic, fantasy, and time travel for Iris's magical memoir on The Rainbow Path.
Travel with Iris from the Wood Between the Worlds to the seven Lands of the Rainbow Path:
  • Will you find hope in the Red Land of Fire 💖🔥😸
  • Laugh in the Orange Land of Joy 🌅✨😊🌻
  • Do you have the strength to face the Dragons in the Land of Golden Stones? 💪💛🐲
  • Can your love save the clouds from the Frogpocalypse in the Green Cloud Country? 💚🐸⛅☂
  • Can you flow with tides of the Blue Land of Waves 💙💦🐬
  • Can you puzzle through the enigma of the Indigo Land of In-Between? 🎭🌒

Now You Can Become a

.

We are partners with the website Patreon. You pay a very small fee per month - less than an Outschool class - and get access to members’ only areas of the site. There are seven levels of membership... because everything is better when connected to the colors of the rainbow! I strongly suggest that you consider joining at the blue level, at least. I'm opening up a database called the "Imaginopedia" of behind the scenes stories, an ongoing newsletter, and we will have bi-monthly social meetings in the Wood-Between-the-Worlds. The Patreon will definitely help keep this work going.
The Imaginorium Patreon

The Imaginorium creates immersive theatrical experiences to extend popular stories beyond the page. Through art, music, science, drama, writing and so much more, we teach children and youth that the real magic in life is helping others.

Our Summer 2021 Production -
Captain Bob and the Dolphins!

The message that Waverly Waverider brings is that peace can be found on a beautifully calm day, but also in the middle of a storm. As the founder of Waverider House, with her friend Bob (the shapeshifting narwhal/dolphin/surfboard), Waverly taught us to be careful about living life on auto-pirate. This original play by Iris Imaginoria shows how pirates got to all seven dimensions of the Rainbow Path in the Great Dolphin Diaspora.  She directs similar Zoom plays regularly in her Rainbow Path classes on Outschool.

Our Mission

Empowerment through the creative arts, opening doors to the imagination through exploration of mythic and fantasy worlds.

We accept and teach diversity of race, religion, class, abilities, sexual orientation, & gender identity at all age levels. We seek to create a safe space for all.

What parents have to say:
  • “We have been raving about how much fun the girls had! It's perfect for kids who aren't necessarily into the typical outdoor camps.” A.K.M.
  • “The kids loved being surrounded by others who also had very vivid imaginations.” J.K.
  • “E. had an amazing week. He cried as we were leaving as he was sad that it was already over. We had many great conversations at home stemming from the conversations that took place at camp. We very much appreciate the welcoming and inclusive environment that you created for the group. Thank you!” M.W.
  • “B. had such a great time in camp. She’s had a hard couple of years in school, and it was such a huge boost for her to find a place she felt comfortable, inspired, and at peace in.” S.S.
